Office Hours
Office visits are conducted by appointment as needed seven days a week. Appointments for ultrasound and blood tests are scheduled from 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, at both of our offices in Newport Beach and Aliso Viejo.
Weekend hours:The weekend appointments are available only for patients who are currently in a treatment cycle. At Newport Beach office only 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Saturday and 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Emergency Visits: When special needs arise, all attempts will be made to schedule some appointments at other times.
Please Note: Out of consideration for other patients, we kindly ask that alternative arrangements be made for the care of children during regular office hours.
Phone Hours
All patient calls to the nursing staff are triaged and returned in a timely manner. If you are calling regarding a non-emergent matter, a nurse will return your call in the afternoon, before 4:00 p.m. If you have a healthcare related emergency, we will interrupt a nurse to speak with you.
